Choose Your Theme

Pokémon Party

Perfect for young trainers and collectors. Depending on age and availability, activities may include Pokémon trivia, card-related games, a simple scavenger hunt, coloring or activity sheets, pack-opening fun, and supervised trading time.

Diecast Party

Built for Hot Wheels and diecast fans. Activities may include track races, car-themed games, diecast trivia, a collector scavenger hunt, car-show-style voting, or other age-appropriate activities.

Specific activities may vary based on age, inventory and availability.

What a Typical Party Looks Like

  • Arrival & Welcome: Guests arrive, settle in and enjoy the party area.
  • Themed Activity: Pokémon or diecast games and activities.
  • Pizza & Cake: Time for food, drinks and birthday cake or cupcakes.
  • Free Time: Gifts, casual activities, browsing and shopping before the party wraps up.

Party Guidelines

A parent, legal guardian or designated responsible adult must remain on the premises for the entire party. House of Cars Virginia employees assist with the event and activities but do not provide childcare or babysitting services. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children attending the party.

Guests must remain in designated customer and party areas. Running through the store, climbing on displays, horseplay, throwing objects, opening merchandise without permission, entering employee-only areas or damaging store property is not permitted.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether party activities are appropriate for their children. House of Cars Virginia may stop any activity or behavior that presents a safety concern, risks damage to merchandise or significantly disrupts store operations.

Food & Allergies

Please let us know in advance about serious food allergies or dietary concerns. Because food may be prepared by outside restaurants or manufacturers, House of Cars Virginia cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining what their children may safely eat.

Personal Collectibles

Guests who bring Pokémon cards, diecast cars, electronics or other personal belongings do so at their own risk. House of Cars Virginia is not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, traded or damaged. Parents should supervise any collectible trading involving children.

Reservations & Cancellation

A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to hold a party date and is applied toward the final party balance.

The final expected guest count should be provided at least 72 hours before the party. The remaining balance is due no later than the beginning of the scheduled party.

If a party is canceled at least 7 days in advance, the reservation deposit may normally be transferred one time to another available date. Emergency, severe-weather and unusual-circumstance exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.

If House of Cars Virginia must cancel an event, the customer may choose another available date or receive a refund of payments made toward the party.
