Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an eligible return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened when applicable, and in its original packaging. Collectible packaging, cards, boxes, seals, and other original packaging must remain intact and in resalable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns made because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer wants the item, or for another reason unrelated to an error by House of Cars Virginia are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

The 15% restocking fee does not apply when House of Cars Virginia shipped the incorrect item or when the return is required because of an error made by House of Cars Virginia.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on customer-requested returns, including returns due to a change of mind, incorrect item selection, or other reasons not caused by House of Cars Virginia.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by House of Cars Virginia or otherwise required by applicable law.

If House of Cars Virginia shipped the incorrect item or caused the return through an order fulfillment error, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged in shipping, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue with your shipment.

Photos of the item, product packaging, and shipping box may be requested when evaluating a damage claim.

House of Cars Virginia sells many factory-sealed collectible products. Manufacturer defects, factory errors, paint variations, packaging variations, or other conditions originating from the manufacturer may not qualify for a return once a sealed product has been opened, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If damage appears to have resulted from improper shipping or handling by House of Cars Virginia, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or canceled, including:

• Preorders
• Special-order or personalized items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Opened trading card products
• Opened mystery boxes, blind boxes, or similar products where the contents are unknown until opened
• Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging

Preorders

Preorders reserve inventory specifically for the customer and are generally non-refundable and non-cancelable once placed.

If House of Cars Virginia is unable to fulfill a preorder because of a manufacturer cancellation, allocation shortage, or another issue that prevents fulfillment, the affected item will be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If an eligible item needs to be exchanged, the original item must first be returned and approved. Once the return is accepted, a separate purchase may be made for the replacement item, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, customers located in the European Union may have additional statutory cancellation or return rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period for qualifying purchases.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
