Thank you for choosing House of Cars Virginia! We appreciate your business and want to make the pre-order process as clear as possible.

## What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order reserves inventory specifically for you before the product is released. Because we order inventory based on customer reservations, pre-orders help us ensure you receive the items you've requested.

## Release Dates

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are estimated. Delays and schedule changes are outside of House of Cars Virginia's control and may occur without notice.

## Payment

Payment is collected when your pre-order is placed. This reserves your item in the order your purchase was received.

## Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because pre-order inventory is purchased specifically to fulfill customer reservations, pre-orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.

If a manufacturer cancels a product, significantly reduces our allocation, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

## Shipping

Pre-orders ship as soon as inventory arrives and your order has been processed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements have been made.

## Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may occasionally change release dates, packaging, colors, or other product details without notice. While these changes are uncommon, they are outside of our control.
