HOCVA 2K Mainline Pass Terms

The HOCVA 2K Mainline Pass is a one-time purchase for one factory-sealed case from each listed 2027 Hot Wheels Basic Mainline assortment offered through House of Cars Virginia.

Program Purchase

The program price is $1,999.99 and is charged as a single purchase. This is not a recurring subscription and does not create monthly charges.

Included Assortments

Each Pass covers one factory-sealed case from each 2027 basic assortment included in the program. The intended full-year lineup is A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, and Q, subject to manufacturer changes described below.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Cases ship separately as House of Cars Virginia receives each assortment. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the purchase price. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations is not included and will be charged separately. Customers are responsible for any applicable international duties, taxes, brokerage, customs, or import charges.

Manufacturer Timing and Changes

Release dates, case schedules, allocations, assortment names, and arrival timing are controlled by Mattel and its distribution channels and may change without notice. Cases may arrive earlier or later than expected and may arrive out of sequence. If Mattel renames, combines, skips, cancels, replaces, or materially changes an assortment, House of Cars Virginia may fulfill the affected portion of the Pass with the corresponding manufacturer replacement or otherwise make a reasonable adjustment to complete the program.

Factory-Sealed Case Contents

Cases are shipped factory sealed as received. House of Cars Virginia does not guarantee any specific casting, Treasure Hunt, Super Treasure Hunt, chase, variation, or exact case contents beyond the manufacturer assortment designation.

Address Changes

Because fulfillment occurs throughout the model year, customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current with House of Cars Virginia before each shipment. House of Cars Virginia is not responsible for additional costs resulting from an address change that was not provided before a shipment was processed.

Cancellations and Refunds

The 2K Mainline Pass represents a full-year inventory commitment. Once fulfillment of the program has begun, fulfilled cases and shipping already incurred are non-refundable. Any cancellation or refund request for remaining unfulfilled cases is subject to House of Cars Virginia approval and may be reduced by the value of fulfilled merchandise, shipping already incurred, non-recoverable costs, and any applicable cancellation charge disclosed at the time of approval.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers should notify House of Cars Virginia promptly if a shipment is lost or arrives damaged. Claims are handled according to the carrier's rules and House of Cars Virginia shipping procedures. Customers may be asked to retain packaging, photographs, or other documentation needed for a claim.

Transferability

The Pass is assigned to the original purchaser and may not be transferred or resold to another customer without prior approval from House of Cars Virginia.

Program Capacity

The initial 2027 HOCVA 2K Mainline Pass program is limited to 25 Passes unless House of Cars Virginia elects to increase the allocation.

By purchasing the HOCVA 2K Mainline Pass, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment will occur across multiple shipments throughout the 2027 release cycle and agrees to these terms.
